I am an astrologer, writer, and timing guide devoted to helping people move through life in alignment with the season they are truly in.
I was born near Mount Shasta and raised in Micronesia and Hawai‘i from the age of three. Growing up immersed in Polynesian culture shaped my relationship to land, ocean, sky, and ancestral rhythm. Astrology, for me, is not abstract. It is lived. It is pattern, tide, timing, and breath.
I hold a B.A. in Environmental Sustainability and Social Justice and am a certified Vedic astrologer trained in astronomical and True Sidereal timing. My work blends structural precision with intuitive synthesis. I care about what is happening in your chart and how it is being experienced in your body.
I am also a certified Heart Fluency Practitioner trained in vagus nerve regulation and polyvagal theory. This perspective informs how I hold sessions. I pay attention to the nervous system, to pacing, to overwhelm, and to where someone may be pushing against their own timing.
For over 20 years, I have walked within Brazilian plant medicine mediumship traditions and I practice Buddhism rooted in the Lotus Sutra. My spiritual life is evolving and integrated into daily living, imperfect, human, and ongoing.
As a former Tahitian dancer and current student of Tribal Style Belly Dance, I understand transformation through embodiment. Insight alone is not enough. We must inhabit it.
